Dollys Dream Stud Earrings

I greatly anticipated my purchase - to support this cause in a way I could afford. I opened the package (no bubble wrapped sachet, nor item). A paddle-pop stick shoved into a cut in a scrap of sponge mattress. The steel posts of my studs were bent sideways 😞. I wanted to wear them, & carefully “bent” them back into shape. VERY disappointed with the lack of care - which seems standard?? I never made a fuss, as I did it all before even thinking about sending for an undamaged set … but since you asked … Never again.
